Before School

There is supervision in the playground from 8.45am onwards each day. Children should be brought to school and collected by a responsible adult each day.  Children must not arrive in school without a parent before 8.45a.m. There is no provision for school staff to look after children before this time. If children need to be in school earlier than this they should be booked into the school Breakfast Club.

Breakfast Club

Breakfast Club runs from 8am until the beginning of school. There is a cost of £3.  If you would like a place for your child please enquire at the school office.

End of Day

Pupils must be picked up from school at 3.30pm.

If pupils are going home by themselves parents must put it in writing and give to the school office. If someone other than the child’s usual carer is going to pick them up please let either the child’s classteacher or the office staff know.  This ensures the safety of all children.

At 4pm all children that have not been collected will be booked into After School Care.  This will cost £15 and is payable immediately to Aktiva.   If pupils are not collected on time on several occasions the Education Welfare Officer is informed. If parents are very late picking children up this may result in Social Care being informed.

After School Care

Aktiva run an exciting range of after school activities, including arts and crafts sessions.  Sessions run from 3.30pm until 6.00pm and cost from £9 per session.  For more information please contact Aktiva on 020 3551 8908/8909 or visit http://aktivacamps.com/booking/WH.pdf .

After School Clubs

The School offers a comprehensive after school club programme.  There is high demand for spaces on these clubs and letters will be sent to parents during the school term detailing how to sign up for the activities.
